Christmas Eve was bitter sweet this year. Normally I would go in and see grandpa and grandma to give them their gifts. Then I would head back home to do Christmas Eve with the Weisenhorn family. Well, I did the same but how different it was without grandma. I can't imagine what grandpa is going through; my heart breaks for him. Of course I feel so sorry for dad also. It was a nice Christmas, yet so sad at the same time. Looking back at pictures of last Christmas Eve, oh how clueless we were as to what 2010 would bring to our family. But, it's important to remember that there are blessings with trials. Anyway, we did have a good time and here are some of those pictures.
Oggie and I snapped a good picture, and then I realized that some sticky fingers from gingerbread house construction had touched my lens--hmmmm. . . Caylee :o). So, then when I snapped another picture, Oggie had to be a goof and stick an olive to his front teeth. Of course I told him that it was going on the blog!
Caylee got this really cool ladybug tent. The kids had so much fun playing with it when we got home. You should have seen her when we got it set up. She was jumping up and down and laughing and squealing and clapping her hands. All of the kids loved it, and if you look hard enough in one of the pictures, you will see a rather hairy adult leg. :o)
Connor and Cade got these really cool VReaders and they absolutely love them!! Connor calls it his IPod Touch. :o)
